Leafy salad
- Bag of mixed leaves, or perhaps nice lettuce
- Clove of garlic, crushed
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Optional:
- Quarter of a red pepper, very thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Danish blue cheese in 1 cm cubes
- Avocado, coarsely chopped
Mix the crushed garlic and black pepper in with the olive oil. Pour over all the other ingredients,
except the vinegar, and stir them together. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the top.
